Igorot Garden

Welcome to Igorot Garden. This place is found at the central business district of Baguio City, Philippines. Igorot (as I search in Google) means mountain people. Why mountain people? Because mostly, they could be found in the mountainous region of the Philippines which is CAR. And Baguio could be found in CAR.  In the center of the small park is this statue of the Igorot natives getting ready for war. Cool right. Usually this place is known for the chess players. Yes, some people go here to play chess. 🙂

Being a Kid

Image

Aren’t they adorable? Cute little innocent kids.

I miss being a kid. When the only problem I have is what to eat, what to watch on T.V and what to play. Those times when I don’t have to think about school and other stressful things.

But everyone has to leave being a kid and grow-up. Remember when we we’re still kids, we always wanted to grow-up so fast. If I only knew back then what it is like to be a big girl, I would’ve stayed as a child. If only that could happen.

Well at least I have enjoyed  my childhood days. They were moments must treasure.

Her in Black and White

If you’ll scroll down in my blog, you’ll see that I really love taking her pictures. Because even though she’s just 12 she has this amazing charisma in front of a camera. That’s why she’s my first pick when I want to take pictures of other people besides myself. Well this photo in black and white was taken months ago when we visited their house in the province.

Fruit Bonanza

As I was looking at my photos, I saw this photo. This was taken at our city’s public market. Gosh! My mouth watered when I saw this. A photo of fresh good produce fruits, who wouldn’t drool? Apples, Oranges, Grapes and one of my favorite fruits here in the Philippines, Rambutan (It is the red fruit below the apples) which is really sweet that’s why I like them. Maybe the next time I’ll go to the market, I’ll try grabbing some fruits. 🙂

Hey there Horsey!

Image

Here is a photo of the horse I rode the last time I went to Wright Park.

I have always love riding horses since I was a kid. There is this park called Wright Park near are home where you can rent horses to ride on. Why do I love horseback riding? Well when I was a kid until now whenever I ride them, I just feel like I’m a cowgirl or something. Hahaha. Weird but true.

Belated Happy Birthday <3

Image

Meet Nadine. This photo was shot at Botanical Garden when we were taking photos for a project. It was her 18th birthday yesterday and we threw her a surprised birthday party. It was the least we could do for everything she have done for us. She’s like this small girl who has a very big heart. She’s one of those people your really lucky to find to become your friend. So happy birthday Nadine. I love you. 🙂

Candid Smile

I was taking my cousins photo despite his continuous resistance on the pose I want him to do. Until my little brother tells a joke and my cousin laugh. So I got an opportunity to capture him laughing and smiling. So this came out.
